1. Acceptance

By installing and using InvestPhin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. Service Description

InvestPhin is a native macOS desktop application for dividend investors with multi-source data fetching, portfolio analysis, broker import, and AI-powered features. It is NOT a trading platform, broker, or financial advisor.

3. No Financial Advice

InvestPhin does NOT provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All analytics and AI outputs are for self-reflection and documentation purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. License

InvestPhin is licensed on a per-user basis via a license key system. One license per person. Sharing licenses is not permitted. The license grants you the right to use the software on one Mac.

5. Data Ownership

Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

InvestPhin is provided "as is". We are not liable for investment losses, data loss due to force majeure, or software malfunctions. Maximum liability is limited to the license fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
