2. Data We Collect

InvestPhin is a native macOS desktop application. Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device in a LevelDB database. We do NOT collect your portfolio data on our servers. We do NOT use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels on this website.

3. Data Storage

Your investment data remains on your local machine. When using the AI feature (Phin AI), data is temporarily sent to AWS Bedrock in the EU region (Frankfurt) for analysis. No data is permanently stored on external servers.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. InvestPhin fetches market data from public APIs for price and dividend information. AI features use AWS Bedrock (Claude) in the EU region. Your data is NOT used for AI model training.

5. Your Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete your data by removing the application data folder. Contact [email protected] for any privacy-related questions.
